Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Not be a final sale or non-returnable item

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product received

  • A brief description of the issue

Refunds

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Personal care products that have been opened or used

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed for shipment.

After processing has begun, cancellation requests may not be possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
